GME 2AEX Aluminum Trench Shield

The GME 2AEX Aluminum Trench Shield is an aluminum extruded trench box with a slim, 2″ wall that comes standard with a tough, T-6 knife edge and rugged top cap. Massive, extruded end members ensure strength. Available in lengths to 12-feet, it is sized for rubber tired backhoes, and priced competitively.

WI Shoring offers a complete fleet of GME 2AEX Aluminum shields with adjustable end-loadable struts to protect the ends of the shield with steel plates, finform, or sheeting. All are adjustable for flexible sizes 26” to 120” wide spreaders.

GME’s Steel Framed Aluminum Trench Shield combines the best of a steel trench box and an aluminum trench box into one, enabling smaller machines to be used on job sites. This is a static walled aluminum trench box made from aircraft-grade aluminum and manufactured from extruded aluminum panels. Engineered and designed to be used with rubber-tired backhoes or small excavators.

Pro-Tec MOD Series is lightweight and strong but it is also modular, easily transported by pickup truck if need be. It can be used as a 2-, 3- or 4-sided system with existing components and can be changed on the fly at a job site to meet the job’s requirements.
